Nick Rigoni, PA

After obtaining a business finance degree from the University of Florida 2003, Nick embarked his career real estate with a national homebuilder. Working as a construction purchasing manager, Nick acquired vast knowledge of the homebuilding process, which he has applied with great success his work as a real estate agent licensed associate. Nick has 16 years of real estate experience, including new construction, residential, commercial sales, as well as institutional transactions. Nick spent a decade in developer sales has successfully closed over $180 million sales. Having worked extensively within TPC Treviso Bay in Naples, Nick his team are now the #1 selling resale agents in that community. He also facilitated a $14 million institutional investment transaction in 2008.

These experiences underpinned Nick’s decision form the Rigoni Group 2015. The team quickly demonstrated their advantages, having closed over 160 transactions since their start. Nick is a full-time Vanderbilt Beach resident and has a passion for Naples coastal real estate.
